Our WeberWorldCafé „Demographic Change: Challenges and Opportunities for local Communities“ will take place on February 28, 2018, in the Rathaus of Dortmund, from 2 pm to 6:30 pm. Here you can find a preliminary schedule:

2.15 pm Welcome by the Max Weber Stiftung (Johanna Beamish)
2.30 pm Introduction to the overarching theme by Prof. Strünck
3 pm First round of discussion on different actors
3.45 pm Short reports from the four tables
4.15 pm Introduction to the second round of discussion by Prof. Naegele
4.30 pm Second round of discussion on cross-sectional themes
5.15 pm Short reports from the four tables
5.45 pm Final statement by Prof. Waldenberger
6.30 pm End of the event

The Max Weber Foundation promotes global research, focused on the areas of social sciences, cultural studies and the humanities. Our research is conducted at ten institutes in various countries across the globe with different and independent fields of focus.
